Most tile retailers buy from importers, who buy from distributors, who buy from factories. Each step adds cost. We skip them all and ship direct from the factory — which means lower prices for you, and a slightly longer wait. Here's how it works.
Why we ship from the factory
Major retailers stock tiles in Australian warehouses so they can deliver in days. To pay for those warehouses, showrooms, and the importers in between, they mark prices up significantly.
We don't hold stock in Australia. When you order, your tiles are dispatched from our factory partner and shipped by sea freight to your door. It takes 3–6 weeks, and it's why our prices are up to 60% lower than the same tile at a major retailer.
What to expect after you order
You'll get an update at every stage so you always know where your tiles are.
Day 0
Order confirmed
We send your order to the factory and confirm production timing.
Week 1
Factory dispatch
Your tiles are packed, quality-checked, and loaded for shipping.
Weeks 2–4
In transit
Sea freight to Australia. We share tracking once your tiles depart port.
Weeks 4–6
Delivered
Tiles arrive at your door. Damaged on arrival? We replace them free.
